Architectural Review Board (ARB)

  • 3-5 person board appointed group
  • Regulate external design, appearance and location of Master Common Areas, Lots, and Living Units to maintain a harmonious relationship among structures and natural vegetation and topography
  • Validate enforcement policies (e.g. fines, removal of fob access, removal of access to other community-shared amenities)

Social Committee

  • Survey the community to assess interest and participation in different types of social events (e.g. breakfast, seasonal parties etc)
  • Inform the allocation of fund across various lifestyle activities (e.g. breakfast socials, activity classes, etc)
