MANDATORY GARAGE INSPECTION FOR ALL TOWNHOMES & SINGLE-FAMILY HOMES

The mandatory garage inspection is scheduled to take place on Saturday, September 9, 2023, starting at 10:00 am.  Representatives from Abaris Realty will be conducting the inspection, taking photographs from a distance for documentation purposes. They will not enter into any garage. We ask that all residents have their garage doors open from 10:00 am – 11:30 am, which should be enough time to complete the inspection of all garages. Those homes who do not have their garage doors open for this mandatory inspection will be subject to further enforcement action in accordance with the HOA’s Due Process Resolution, which we hope can be avoided.
